[Resolved] Can vb.net project be published such that it installs for all users in W7?

I have an application that, when installed on a W7 machine for 1 user, requires installation again if another user signs on. I've noticed sometimes software installers can have a checkbox that allows the software to install for all users. Is there a setting in the VB.NET publisher that allows for this, or a setting that I can change to make in always install for all users?
