File input .doc (table)

I'm new user so I want to excuse if this first thread could sounds to you as "noob question" :wave:

I have to read data from a file (.doc) that contains a Table of "strings" in an Application Console.
I would like to read each line of the table and write it in a multidimensional array.

I don't know how to read and copy on an array a table from a .doc file.
Can you help me?
