Culture is not supported

Hey, everyone. I'm having some trouble installing my application on a few machines.

First off, the installation goes smoothly about 50% of the time, but when the other 50% of the time I'm getting a "System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException - Culture dje-NE is an invalid culture identifier."

I have searched the web for information this, but all I can find is info regarding issues with Websites. This is not a web application and no part of it refers to anything web-related. I am clueless. :(

Any help is appreciated!

EDIT/UPDATE: In the application's installation root folder, there is a folder for "dje-NE".
