[Inno Setup] couldn't copy ocx file to system directory

Hello

I have problem with one of my ocx on system like Windows 7, when i try install, one of my ocx file couldn't copy to system directory and VB6 app cant found ocx and registered this and i have message 339 "Run-time error '339' Component 'Codejock.Calendar.v15.1.3.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

My script file.iss for Inno Setup

Source: "vbfiles\Codejock.CommandBars.v16.3.0.ocx"; DestDir: "{sys}"; Flags: restartreplace regserver sharedfile
Source: "vbfiles\Codejock.Calendar.v15.1.3.ocx"; DestDir: "{sys}"; Flags: restartreplace regserver sharedfile

Codejock CommandBars is copied good to system but Calendar no, why? how can i fix this problem? Is solution for Inno Setup fot this?
